In the donwload promoter sequence part, you can download either the promotor sequence of you list of genes or their promotor sequence merged with their sequence. You can download promotor up to 2Kb upstream of ATG (CDS promoter option) or upstream of gene start (gene promoter option)
It's a beta feature, but you can also plot a tree generated with the gene sequences of the selected genes
