Blast parameters
Put some sequences in fasta format in the above form. You can choose to include some headers before the sequences (the header lines must begin with a >, like in fasta format.
Choice of database : You can perform blast serach on any of the 39 lupin varieties that are present here. You can choose to blast against all of themn or on a subset of your choice by selecting their name in the appropriate windiws. You can choose to blast against the whole genome of the varietie(s), or only on gene sequences, RNA sequences, or protein sequences.
